?抗體-科研偶聯物ADC-Linker供應商-西安齊岳生物 抗體-科研偶聯物(ADC)是近年來研究比較的化學劑,作為一類藥,ADC可以靶向殺傷的能力,同時又保留正常免受損傷,從而地發揮同時降低科研全身性反應。 ADC由三個基本原件組成:性單克隆抗體(mAb),被稱為載荷的細胞性小分子,以及連接mAb和載荷的化學連接器。與細胞表面上的相應抗原結合后,將ADC/抗原復合物內化,然后釋放載荷,從而導致細胞性和細胞死亡。
